Work with their local tech in getting the cable replaced. I was really fortunate to work with them. They identified the problem and I received the part within a week. This fixed the red flashing light issue that I had.

Frame spring wire, installation and purchase.
Segway of Los Angeles were awesome! They installed the spring frame wire at a very reasonable price. I would definitely bring my Segway products for them to fix and by the way, they also sell these products.

Not easy to replace.
It's very difficult to change the wire in the frame. As the head plug ripped off during installation.
