First of all opening the package I was like damn this scooter looks tough. Set up was easy. Once’s charge the next day took it for a spin & it was amazing riding that scooter. This is my first scooter ever & I was amazed with the speed for my weight (214lbs), I get about 10 miles per day on S mode for my commute, I o l’y charge it eu wet 2 days. which I prefer to quickly get out of the way of traffic. Scooter in general was the best choice I’ve made, I reviewed a bunch of them & I feel the Ninebot Max was the best decision for me, because of the range. The bike is surprisingly heavy, reading online about the scooter weighing 41lbs & carrying 41lbs up & down the steps in train stations is two different thing. The I l’y thing I wish it head is suspension for the price, I feel every major bumps on the road. Overall I love this scooter I would buy it 10X over. Going up hill at 18 mph is a beautiful thing. Get it so t think about it just get it!
