If you would like to return your product for a refund, please review the Return Policy below to ensure all of the conditions are met. If you discover what you believe to be a product defect, please refer to the Limited Warranty and follow its procedures.

RETURN POLICY

Product purchased from Segway Los Angeles may only be returned under one of the following scenarios:

Unopened items in original condition as shipped* (customer responsible for return shipping or bringing the item back to the store). Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery/pickup. Wrong item shipped / does not match what was shown on the website. Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery/pickup. Opened, non-defective items with no damage or significant signs of use. Must be requested within 30 days of delivery/pickup. A 15% restocking fee will apply (customer responsible for return shipping or bringing the item back to the store).

*A 15% restocking fee will be applied on returns of the Dirt eBike regardless of whether it has been opened. This is due to the high up-front cost of shipping.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You will need to provide the following:

The reason for requesting the return

Your Order Number (receipt or proof of purchase)

The serial number of the unit being returned.

No Returns on Parts

All sales are final on parts regardless of whether the merchandise has been opened.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for all shipping costs and must assume any risk of loss or damage to the product while it is in transit to us. Since the product contains lithium ion batteries, it must be shipped according to all applicable regulations. Please inform the carrier of the batteries prior to shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Processing

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, we will refund the original method of payment. You should receive the refund within 2-7 business days. Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees as outlined above.
