Need to return your purchase? No worries! Just make sure your return fits into the categories below, and initiate it within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
Serial Numbers Must Match: We'll check the serial number on your return to be sure it matches what we sold you.
Service Parts Are Final Sale: Sorry, but sales of service parts such as batteries, control boards, etc. are final. However, if the item you receive is defective, let us know right away, and we’ll replace it.
About Shipping Back to Us:
Because of the lithium-ion batteries in our scooters, they can only travel via Ground service. If you use your own shipping method, please follow all shipping regulations. We recommend using a trackable service with shipping insurance.
Alternatively, we can provide a return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund. Below are the standard rates:
F/E/ES KickScooter: $40
MAX KickScooter: $55
P65/P100 KickScooter: $85
Self-Balancing Models: $40
Gokart / Gokart PRO: $200
GT1/GT2: $230
If your small (non-vehicle) item came with a shipping charge, we'll deduct a similar amount for the return shipping if we provide a label.
Canceling an Order: If you cancel after your item has shipped, it's treated like a return. We'll try to stop the shipment, but shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Getting Your Refund: Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you via your original payment method within 2-7 business days. Keep in mind restocking and shipping fees as described above may apply.
