As an official Segway-Ninebot Flagship Store and authorized service center, we are proud to offer both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for most Segway-Ninebot products. 

Our experienced technicians perform in-house repairs at our Culver City location, handling a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Tires and Wheels: Replacement and maintenance for smooth rides.
• Controller, Dashboard, and Electronics: Diagnosing and replacing electrical components.
• Motors: Restoring performance to keep you moving.
• Batteries: Testing and replacement.
• Brakes: Ensuring your safety with responsive braking systems.
• Structural Components: Replacing forks, folding mechanisms, and more.

Turnaround Time
Repairs are typically completed within 5 to 14 days, depending on the complexity of the repair and our current workload. The estimated turnaround time will be provided at time of drop off.
