I was a bit excited when I first unpackaged my G30 Scooter, and pulled the release latch on the center bar without realizing that I had to slide the Safety Latch to the side first. Unsurprisingly, my bulging muscles and titanic strength caused the latch to break off after applying WAY too much leverage.
I was able to order a replacement Safety Latch and install it myself with ease. Wonderful product, wonderful Support, and I'm happily zooming around town once again.
I will try to limit my strength next time. ;)
