Segway Los Angeles actually handled business the right way. They got me a brand‑new front tire for my Max G3 with zero excuses, while Segway Corporate has been “out of stock” for six months straight.
When I tried ordering a rear tire from Corporate, they shipped me a used, dented one and then tried to charge me return shipping. Completely unacceptable.
Segway Los Angeles doesn’t play those games. They don’t send damaged parts, they don’t waste your time, and they don’t hide behind nonsense policies. They get things done correctly — something Segway Corporate clearly can’t manage.
