The perfect little package
If my wife and I had to put a list of all the things we wanted on a family-friendly cargo bike, this bike checked them all. It's got the perfect form factor, a wicked powerful motor, a massive battery that's super easy to remove and recharge, can work with most rack mounted child bike seats, and is smart with or without the app. We ended up buying ourselves two for the family and are overall thrilled with these rippers.

Fantastic e-Bike!
The bike was shipped fast, easy to assemble including accessories, and is a joy to ride. Will be a perfect errand runner, our intended purpose. The safety features are incredible, and is a very stable ride. Plus - it looks great! Thanks to Segway Los Angeles for the great service!

Luna's joy
The whole intention for the purchase of an e-bike is for giving my grandchildren a means of strolling around the neighborhood. I had to further buy accessories ie rear seat cushion, side guards, front rack for the kid's comfort and safety. They enjoy it!
