The part slipped right in and I haven't had a problem with it. The sales rep was great and had my part ready when I arrived at the shop. This is my first scooter but I really want to get more segways.

The wire is solid.
It's a solid wire. It's a not plug & play like I thought it would be so now I'll need to solder. Despite that, it's exactly what I needed.
