Awesome bike
After riding a friend’s Xafari, I looked around for an e-bike on my own and ended up settling on the same model. Segway LA was super easy to deal with, informative, and I love the bike. I’ve been riding it daily for a few weeks now and have no regrets. Get one!

Segway Xafari Doesn't Dissapoint!
I've had this bike for almost a month and absolutely love it. Everything feels quality and solid so the weight doesn't bother me at all. I feel safe riding it and it's the funnest and by far the most comfortable ebike/ escooter out of my garage. The functionality and security features are something you don't find in other bikes. Great job Segway! 👏

So far…impressed!
Haven't had a chance to ride the Xafari based on the current weather conditions, but I am writing this to say how impressed I was with the packaging! Nothing was out of place, all sensitive parts were wrapped in foam and zip tied to keep movement to a minimum! This is the second of three e-Bikes that I have owned that required some assembly! Without a doubt, the user assembly was simple, straight and straight forward! The built-in “stand” made attaching the front wheel assembly a breeze! Tools provided were much better than what you normally expect to receive and will remain in my on bike tool kit (the pedal wrench is was plus because I couldn’t find mine).
Looking forward to my first ride with the Xafari!
