Awesome service as always we repair these scooters here locally in Palm Springs and we work with a multiple different scooter companies SEGWAY is FAR BEYOND in CUSTOMER SUPPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE everything to do with them is awesome the communicate double check make sure you are getting the right parts and onto of that they actually HAVE THE PARTS wow shat a concept OTHER SCOOTER COMPANIES can learn a lesson from how SEGWAY RUNS always a pleasure working on and having to deal with this company and of course the part was correct fixed the issue and another HAPPY CUSTOMER for both SEGWAY and ALCORN ADAPTIVE BIKE and MOBILITY SHOP

Well I tried the cheap route and got an off-brand dash board off the "Big A" and knew right away I had made a mistake. It seemed like it would work, but the barrel connector for inside the stem, it was the wrong size. It did not fit the original cord coming up from the controller. So I had to source an original replacement, which I found here very readily. It was twice the price but it was also a successful fit. Next time I will buy original the first time.
