The plastic cap over the male connector broke off. Easy to remove and fix. I followed the “rope & tape method” in the photo of another customer.

I had purchased a Frame spring wire assembly for a customers Gokart Kit, which they had damaged the male plug end of the wiring assembly, and after installation it worked great! 👍🏼

Work with their local tech in getting the cable replaced. I was really fortunate to work with them. They identified the problem and I received the part within a week. This fixed the red flashing light issue that I had.

Segway of Los Angeles were awesome! They installed the spring frame wire at a very reasonable price. I would definitely bring my Segway products for them to fix and by the way, they also sell these products.
