It's a great scooter! I was too afraid to be late to get to work but the F65 Safeway scooter didn't let me be late. Look how it goes on that very slippery road. I don't encourage anyone to take such a risk and ride a scooter on a slippery road, I just wanted to comment on how good the scooter is in terms of quality

I love it. Had it for a year. Took it into Segway LA in December for a flat repair. Was told it would be a couple of weeks and should have it by Christmas. When that passed and it was 3 weeks since I dropped it off, I called to check on it. I was immediately told of the mistake that took place of scooter being to shipped back to me and put into a box without a label on it yet. It was reported as accidentally picked up by UPS and its whereabouts was unknown. After continuing to speak to the employee on the phone, he offered to send me a brand new replacement scooter which arrived 2 days later. I appreciate the fact that the situation was resolved without me asking and was done promptly and efficiently. Thank you!
