Really nice and powerful its only cumbersome when you have to move it btn buses with narrow space...you guys have to come up with away we can have it put in front of the buses like the way bicycles are put to help with its transportation when using a buses
Easy to use, fast
First off...I'm a "Moped Scooter guy" this is my 1st "kick scooter" so I had to get the max seat (which makes all the difference in the world to me)!
Set up was simple (I watched YouTube vids).
Riding it on sidewalks is bumpy, that's where the suspension lacks(I live in IL).

The max speed is 19mph, I only go on short runs...so the claimed 40mi range...I couldn't tell ya. Like I said I'm a Moped Scooter guy 1st who's use to 2000W's of power/torque...the Max's 350W @19mph feels like 5-10mph to me lol.
Sitting up in the high position w/the seat feel very good/stable. Downside is...the seat often slides down, causing you to constantly adjust your height position(even when tightened). I'm 200lbs/ the seat is 5lbs/ The scooter is 42lbs/ max weight for the Max = 220.
The handlebars have NO real estate for accessories like rear view mirrors/ etc....only for your phone holder. :( You can add "bar end mirrors" on it...but you'd have to cut a hole in the side rubber & I just didn't want to void any warranty's lol. Safety 1st...you DO need mirrors riding on two wheels (bike/scooter/moped/motorcycle) IMO...I see soooo many ppl w/out them! So I'd suggest getting the wrist mirrors if you don't want to void warranty like me.
I like that when you plug it in to charge it up, that it's just a simple cord/ no bricks & that the display shows you the battery %. The App....ehhhh I barely use it, it needs a refresh.

I love the different modes and the easy fold up/fold out! The light is super bright as well and it is easy to handle. The 30mph is just fast enough to get me where I need to be! If I ever have to upgrade to a higher weight limit I am staying with this brand!!! 8D commuting is way more fun!
