The part purchased was in great shape and worked perfectly. I could have gone online and got the part cheaper. What sets this purchase is the service and convince. The store closes at 5 pm and I was listening and got. there at 510pm. The sales persone saw me and came to the door. I explained that I had traveled a long distance and he offered to sell me the part. FedEx was not there yet so he had to wait. To make a long story longer, he saved me a trip back without the part. You may pay a little more but the service is priceless. Thank you!!!!!
